Who we are

Behçets International is an organisation that wishes to co-ordinate international Behçets patient groups and empower them to achieve effective support for Behçets patients in their individual countries.

Our Vision

To empower local patient groups worldwide to achieve effective support for Behçet’s patients in their individual countries.

Behçet’s International will offer local groups training packages geared to the respective country to enable them to become effective advocates for their members and patients within whatever constraints exist whether governmental of social.

Our Mission

Our mission is to raise sufficient funding to support local groups by building their capacity to become self-sufficient and effective within their local environment.

Offer continued support and guidance by co-ordinating bi-annual conferences for patients running alongside the International Society for Behcets Disease (ISBD) medical conference.

Our Aims

Behcets International aims to offer a platform for Behcets Patient groups worldwide by providing a training network to facilitate their local development enabling them to become fully effective in each country.
